Cancellation Policy

All lessons and coaching sessions are subject to a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy, wherein any missed or cancelled lesson within 48 hours of the agreed start time is subject to payment of the full lesson value. If part of a plan, the lesson will be deducted. For pay-as-you-go payment at 2025 prices: https://pay.gocardless.com/BRT0003KK4YXMM6 Please let Alicia know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend as she may be able to reschedule your lesson for other available times that week and offer the slot to someone else! Rescheduling for the following week will not be accepted and you will be charged as a cancellation/missed lesson.
