VOCAL HEALTH SESSIONS
Treat your voice with kindness.

Are you a non-singer seeking guidance in building a healthier voice?
Do you want to strengthen your vocal technique?
Vocal Health sessions can help!
Whether you're a teacher, singer, public speaker, actor, or someone who simply wants to improve their vocal clarity and strength, Vocal Health Sessions are perfect for building healthy habits and preventing any problems down the line. Drawing on Alicia's knowledge as a Vocal Health First Aider and vocal coach for all kinds of performers, one-to-one sessions are dedicated to enhancing vocal health and unlocking the full potential of your voice.
PLEASE NOTE: If you experience any voice changes or vocal loss lasting more than two weeks, seek guidance from your GP. They may refer you to a local SLT/voice clinic or ENT. Alicia is not a clinician and does not provide a diagnosis or a medical service. She will make recommendations based on the information you give. This may include regular vocal warm-ups, a change in lifestyle or habits, making an appointment to see a GP, attending a Voice Clinic, or seeing a Vocal Habilitation Professional or Vocal Rehabilitation Specialist.

Anyone using their voice as part of their job - Teachers, Speakers, Podcasters, etc.
Anyone preparing for a big performance, presentation, or speech.
Anyone who wants to protect their voice from harm!
